About Thandazile

Thandazile Mokhohlouloane is a human resources expert who has grown and expanded through various corporate organisations and understands how the perception and actualisation of human capital development has become more people and values focused.

Over the years, Thandazile has invested her time in developing herself and her knowledge of people and how they can grow into becoming the best versions of themselves in a professional and personal capacity. Through coaching, mentoring and personal mastery, Thandazile applies her knowledge in her professional space and utilises her platforms to influence and redirect discussions for a collective solution to a larger conversation.

She is inspired by witnessing people transform their lives allowing herself to be the conduit for safe and progressive exploration.

As an experienced professional, Thandazile has always believed in continuing education and the need to invest in oneself for personal and professional development.

During the course of her exploration, Thandazile realised that she wanted to shift the current corporate landscape and lead by example, one that furthers growth in people’s personal and professional lives.

“I once attended a seminar by Dr Myles Munroe; he unpacked why finding your true purpose was important to becoming ”UNSTUCK”. He also emphasised that unless leaders shared their knowledge and mentored others, they would remain in the same place without any movement. They would find themselves feeling stuck,” said Thandazile, “This, for me, was a sign that my vision of disrupting the status quo in the corporate environment was needed.”

Through her corporate affiliations, Thandazile has been able to activate her vision and create a value-based continuing education platform. She has found a way to effectively incorporate emotional intelligence into the corporate “headspace”, inviting participants to strengthen their tertiary education and their skills base.
